BUSINESS CONCEPT: CMC International has been accepted by General Motors S.A through their parts Izimpondo programme as well as Nissan S.A. as an approved DSO supplier. (Direct supply order) Mercedes-Benz S.A has also accepted Waxoyl for their trucks and Mitsubishi vehicles. With other manufacturers following, CMC International has been requested to set up a network of CMC detailing centres throughout S.A and the African states to support their dealers and to apply Waxoyl products in order that their customers can obtain CMC Internationals rust warranty of 10 years on new unregistered vehicles and 5 years used vehicles sold through their dealers. Waxoyl products are used around the World on ships, boats, trains, trucks, cars, equipment, steel structures in manufacturing, construction, agriculture, military, mining and almost anything made of steel. Waxoyl protects against rust and prolongs the life of the object treated. Besides the rust elements, Waxoyl also has unique products to clean and remove hazardous pollutants, industrial fall out, light swirl and buff marks, revitalizes the paint work and to make the vehicle look as good as new. 90% of vehicle manufactures or their dealer network around the world use or recommend Waxoyl products. Used vehicles are cleaned and made to look new, resulting in obtaining better retail prices. A number of new and used car dealers have taken up this opportunity and are turning part of their workshops into Detailing centres. CMC International has taken it further by introducing a full after market Detailing, fitment and refurbishing centres. Detailing centres are also trained in applying Waxoyl products in the industrial sector such as harbours, factory, mines, earthmoving equipment etc. If the vehicle dealers do not do the applications themselves. Detailing centres are set up and trained to do the application on behalf of the vehicle dealers. This program is designed to assist the Vehicle Selling Dealer and for customers benefit. This concept is designed to help the vehicle selling dealer increase their back-end income and increase vehicle sales. By introducing a one stop motoring outlet will encourage the dealer to support CMC detailing centres by having everything in one convenient place.
CMC INTERNATIONAL Is the sole importer and distributor of Waxoyl products for Africa who appoints the detailing centres nationally as well as throughout the rest of Africa.
POTENTIAL & GROWTH: CMC International has broken down the full concept into modules. New participants start with module one. Once developed and ready to expand, they then move onto the next module. Each module carries the same terms and conditions with the aim of developing each Detailing Centre into a one stop motoring outlet with all the different products and services to suit the customer’s needs. To be part of CMC Internationals programme, Waxoyl has to be implemented first and thereafter, if the detailing centres wishes to expand, the next modules can be introduced into the programme. It is up to the individuals if they only want to remain on the modules they start with or expand into the next modules. If the detailing centre already has other products or services they offer. Waxoyl can be incorporated into their current business. The concept is designed to assist in growing the business in stages and prevents a business from over stocking and causing cash flow constraints.

MOBILE CENTRES or INCORPORATING WAXOYL INTO YOUR CURRENT BUSINESS: Body Shops, Car Wash Centres, Valet Centres, Detailing Centres or other fitment centres such as, Window laminators, Rubber Lining ect:
A mobile centre can purchase any amount of Waxoyl products from CMC International. There is no limit or constraints, OPTION (B)
DETAILING CENTRE:
A full stand alone detailing centre would need the following basic equipment and products: 1). A potential detailing centre will have to apply to CMC International and request the following documentation. A) Franchise application form. B) Copy of franchise agreement. 2). Once the application is accepted and the area confirmed, the following must be obtained prior to continuation. 3). Suitable premises not less than 300 m² with parking and reception facilities. N/B: vehicle wash bay and lift is compulsory.
4). New detailing centre’s areas must be approved and must not jeopardize or infringe in other CMC detailing centres in the same areas. 5). A minimal requirement list of office and workshop equipment is indicated below. This equipment is required in order to perform all the functions and operations of a CMC detailing centre / franchise. If this equipment is already available, only Waxoyl products will be required as per Module 1.

(MODULE 15) Vehicle Evaluations and Inspection. This is a high tech vehicle evaluating on behalf of Banks, Insurance and prospective new and used vehicle buyers. The standards are very high which includes, Ultrasonic body measures and scanning. Engine, gearbox and diff scanning. Radiography, ex-ray & gamma –ray. Liquid and Magnetic particle inspections.
